	Hats & Bonnets



	An easy to assemble kit to make two large brimmed picture hats with two different types of trims. Included are directions, all materials, and a reusable hat form. 1870’s STRAW BONNET KIT (contains straw, ribbons, crinoline, thread, rosemaker tool and directions for antique ribbon work, bonnet, ribbon roses.) This kit is are available in white, natural, lemon, baby pink, pale blue, raffia, moss green, red, black. $10.00

Late Victorian Butler - Man in Tails The final pattern in the series of authentic Late Victorian servant’s uniforms. Dress a male doll in tails with black tie. If you were to simply change the uniform to include a white tie, you would be tailoring the servants’ master’s wardrobe, since the servants wore a less expensive version of his master’s daily suit (or sometime a hand-me-down from the master). This pattern, which can easily be altered, is designed to fit Janna Joseph’s cowboy, Joe. (Be sure, if you do use Joe, to remember that the original mold supplies cowboy boots on the feet - which is not really appropriate.) #K106 $18.00 Pattern only #K106P- $7.00

The Stranded Traveller #K107 Our traveller is lost and hoping that he can get someone on his cell phone who will explain how to find where he is on his map. This kit will help you to dress a handsome male porcelain doll in a contemporary semi-casual outfit of slacks, sport shirt and tie (tie is optional) using fine handsewing and gluing techniques. The same basic outfit has been in style since the beginning of the 20th century, so it is not essential that you young man be right up to the minute (sans cell-phone of course!) You will make a simple wig and accessorize him with cell phone, map, binoculars and small bag.
